Most recently, Alex has been at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption, championing groundbreaking projects that drive technological advancement and deliver tangible results.

André van der Put – Open-Fine

André van der Put has been working with Oracle technology since 1997.

The last 15 years his main focus is on Application Express.

Currently he is employed by Open-Fine, where he builds and maintains APEX applications for several clients. He has presented several times at various conferences.


Andreea

Andreea Munteanu – Oracle

Andreea is a member of the APEX Development Team at Oracle. She started as an Oracle Database developer in 2014 and extended her area of interest to Oracle Application Express and several data integration solutions.

Andreea was involved in a wide range of projects, helping customers get the most out of their Oracle Database both in the cloud and on-premises using the latest data management solutions and collaborating with international project teams. She enjoys presenting at several Oracle user group events and conferences, such as ROOUG, APEX@Home, BGOUG, UKOUG and ODTUG, and she is constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience with Oracle APEX.

Andrei Manoliu – Oracle

I began my career working with the Oracle Database when it was at version 9i, initially as a developer, learning Oracle Forms and Reports along the way.

Later, I transitioned to a DBA role, managing 9i, 10g, 11g, and 12c databases. Taking a step forward in my journey, I grew closer to Oracle Cloud and the Oracle Database Services in the cloud.


Now, I am part of the Product Management Database Platform Technology Solutions team, helping partners and customers understand more about the Oracle Database in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Andrei will present an workshop using Natural Language – AI Vector Search to retrieve information from unstructured data.

Axel vom Stein – BSS Bohnenberg GmbH

Axel vom Stein started out as a PL/SQL developer after his studies in mathematics.

His interest moved more towards DBA topics and so his main focus is on Oracle Database Core Technologies. With more than 20 years experience in the field of Oracle Database he likes to share his knowledge and teaching apprentices and young professionals.

He is a speaker at national and international conferences like COLLABORATE, ASCEND, POUG, HROUG, UKOUG and the DOAG annual conferences.
Axel is a board member of the German Oracle Database Community „ora2know” (https://www.ora2know.de), frequently co-organises community events and an Oracle ACE Pro (https://oracle.ace.com).

Christian Gohmann – Accenture

Christian Gohmann is currently working as Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Associate Manager and Instructor at Accenture in Dusseldorf, Germany. His main focus lies in helping customers in the areas of architecture planning, implementation, and migration – with a specialization in high availability solutions, like Data Guard and Oracle RAC.

Since 2006, Christian Gohmann has been working with Oracle and the Oracle Database and worked on various projects for customers in German-speaking areas.

Besides his consultancy activities, he is the main developer and the responsible person for db*BACKUP – a product distributed by Accenture, which is responsible for the intelligent backup and recovery of an Oracle database.

Daniel Overby Hansen – Oracle

Product Manager for Database Upgrade, Migration and Patching at Oracle. Previously, many years of experience as operational DBA and database developer at global provider of financial services.

Erika Sciunzi – Oracle

Observability Specialist
Erika Sciunzi graduated in Computer Science in 2006. She began her career as consulting in Rome, focusing on database and system integration. After a short experience as Project manager in public sector she moved into presales activities, which allowed her to leverage her technical expertise in a client-facing role. she found a compelling opportunity at Oracle in Spain and relocated to Málaga, where she spent five years. In 2016, she returned to Rome to join Observability Specialist role.

Since then, she assists strategic customers in defining their monitoring architecture, delivers public presentations, and actively contributes as a blogger. Her focus is on sharing insights and best practices related to observability and system management, helping others enhance their understanding and implementation of these critical concepts.

Working in an international environment has significantly broadened her perspective and transformed her approach to technology and collaboration.




Erik van Roon – EvROCS

Erik van Roon is an Oracle Database Developer and Oracle ACE Pro, who has worked with Oracle technology since 1995, specializing in, but not limiting to, SQL and PLSQL.
Since 2009 he is self-employed. His company is called EvROCS.
Prior to that he has worked for several consulting companies in the Netherlands.
He has worked on major projects for several clients in industries like entertainment, banking and energy.
Erik has been the technical lead of multiple successful high impact data-migration projects moving and transforming large amounts of data.
He’s been a speaker at many conferences in Europe and the United states.
He is a board member of community support program Symposium42 (https://sym42.org/), and is a co-founder and core-team alumni of the MASH program which mentors new speakers during their first steps as a public speaker (https://mashprogram.wordpress.com/).

Giliam Breems – Qualogy

Giliam Breems is an Oracle APEX consultant (Qualogy) with more than 15 years of experience in the Oracle Database (SQL and PLSQL) and is now-a-days specialised in Oracle APEX.

He became an Oracle ACE member in 2023, is member of the APEX World committee (nlOUG), organizes meetups for the company and is a speaker on national and international conferences (APEX World, HrOUG, SOUG, POUG, DOAG, Kscope and APEX Connect).

Hans Viehmann – Oracle

Hans Viehmann is working for Oracle Corporation as Director of Product Management.

He is leading a global team of product managers responsible for Oracle’™s geospatial products and the graph technologies in the Oracle Database.

With his team, he is looking after strategic projects and partnerships, marketing activities, and internal awareness around the Spatial and Graph technologies worldwide. He works closely with various Oracle User Groups and helped establish Spatial and Graph Special Interest Groups in several countries. He is a regular speaker at conferences and user group events and serves on the advisory board of InGeoForum, Germany.

Jan Květina – Kvetinovi.cz, studio s.r.o.

With a passion rooted in Oracle technologies, I am behind the oneoracledeveloper.com blog and proudly hold the first and only Oracle ACE title in Czech republic.

I boast over 20 years in Oracle PL/SQL & APEX development. With a product owner mindset, I emphasize clean code, agile methodologies, and quality-driven solutions.

Juarez Junior – Oracle

Juarez Barbosa Junior is a Sr. Principal Java Developer Evangelist Director of Developer Evangelism at Oracle.

Previously, he was an Azure Developer Relations Lead at Microsoft and a Thought Leader and Technical Evangelist at IBM.

He has over 20 years of professional experience, having held senior leadership roles in DevRel, software engineering, and startup-related initiatives. His knowledge comprises Java, Python, Cloud Computing (Oracle OCI, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and AWS), DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, and Cloud Native.

Karin Patenge – Oracle

Karin Patenge is a Product Manager for Oracle’s Spatial and Graph Technologies.

She works closely with customers, partners, and tech communities in Europe and the Middle East. She engages with developers, solution architects, data engineers & analysts to bring added value to their projects by integrating spatial and graph capabilities into solution architectures.


Karin has a master’s degree in Computer Science, studying in Romania and Germany, and has followed the UNIGIS postgraduate study program of the University of Salzburg in Austria.

She is based in Berlin, Germany, and collaborates closely with Oracle’s Spatial and Graph development teams.

Kim Berg Hansen – Cegal Danmark

Kim Berg Hansen is a database developer from Middelfart in Denmark.

Originally wanting to work with electronics, he almost coincidentally tried computer programming and discovered where his talent lay, as the programs he did worked well – unlike the electronics projects he soldered that often failed. After that experience he progressed from Commodore Basic on VIC-20 over Modula-2 and C at Odense University to Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, which last two languages he now has worked with extensively since the year 2000. His professional passion is to work with data inside the database utilizing the SQL language to the fullest to achieve the best application experience for the users.

Kim shares his experience and knowledge by writing the Practical Oracle SQL book, blogging, presenting at various Oracle User Group conferences, and being the SQL quizmaster at the Oracle Dev Gym. His motivation is when peers go „now I understand” after his explanations, or when end users „can’t live without” his application coding. He is certified Oracle OCE in SQL as well as awarded Oracle ACE Director. Outside the coding world Kim is married, loves to cook, and is a card-carrying member of Danish Beer Enthusiasts association.

Kiran Kollepalli – HWS Informationssysteme

My name is Kiran Kollepalli having 20+ yrs of experience as a Oracle DBA.

I have worked on Oracle versions starting from 9i to 19c.

I am from Bangalore and currently working in Germany as a Solution Architect.

Lucian Dinescu – Oracle

Dedicated analytics professional with over 24 years of experience specializing in Oracle Business Intelligence technologies, including Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Financial Data Intelligence (FDI).

My Oracle journey began with an Oracle Partner, where I played a key role in implementing Oracle BI and ERP solutions for 15 clients across various industries, successfully delivering 23 Oracle projects.

Transitioning to an Oracle client, I gained firsthand experience in leveraging analytics for business control and transformation.
Now, as part of Oracle, I support partners, customers, and internal teams by providing tailored analytics training, educational content, and strategic insights.
I also support Oracle University by delivering content for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including the ‘Become an Oracle Analytics Expert (2025)’ learning path and certification exam.

Niall Mc Phillips – Long Acre sàrl

Niall McPhillips is an Oracle ACE Director and a member of Symposium 42. He has presented over 70 times at international conferences on different subjects including the use of Oracle technologies including APEX, ORDS, PL/SQL, REST, JSON, Oracle Text, SODA, Multimedia as well as on his experiences with the implementation of large APEX projects.

He has been using Oracle since 1989, has been using Oracle PL/SQL Web technologies since 1995 and Oracle APEX since 2005.

Niall has developed many large, multilingual applications for multinational companies and organisations all over the world. He is a strong believer in PL/SQL and APEX solutions because of their stability, scalability, and rapid development speed.

Oana Bonu – Oracle

Oana Bonu has been the Community Manager of the Oracle ACE Program for over three years, where she has the opportunity to work with skilled tech professionals from all around the world on a daily basis.

With a master’s degree in Corporate Communication and a background in journalism and PR, Oana has spent most of her career doing communications in the tech industry.

She has a passion for writing, so in her free time, she also writes on Cityfemme.com, a lifestyle website for women in Romania that has won several awards.

Osama Mustafa – Gurus Solutions Company

Osama Mustafa is Founder of Gurus Solutions Company, First Oracle ACE Director In the middle-east, Creator/Director of Jordan Amman Oracle User Group the first Group in Jordan related to oracle technology.

Author of two Technology Book, Osama is one of the leader for Cloud Technology and working with different Cloud Vendor Such as AWS, Google, and Oracle.

Patrick Barel – Qualogy

Patrick Barel is a PL/SQL Developer for Qualogy in the Netherlands. Besides working with SQL and PL/SQL he wrote different plug-ins for PL/SQL Developer IDE. He publishes articles on his own blog .
In 2019 he was promoted to Oracle ACE Director.
In 2023 he published his first book: Modern Oracle Database Programming.

Richard

Richard Martens – the DOC

Richard Martens has been involved in information technology for more than 20 years.

He started as a web developer using the Oracle database as no more than data storage. Richard has been responsible for major European multilingual websites and has been working with the Oracle database since 2000.

During those years, he developed himself using a multitude of technologies and specialized in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX. With APEX, he combines the things he loves most: the Oracle database and web technologies. In November 2016 Richard was awarded the ACE award; in 2023 he was promoted to ACE Director

Philipp Salvisberg – Grisselbav GmbH

Philipp Salvisberg is the owner of Grisselbav GmbH and an Oracle ACE Pro.

He has been focusing on Oracle database-based solutions since 1988. At that time with Oracle Database version 5. Since then, he has been helping customers design, build and optimize their database-centric solutions, teaching application development topics or speaking at conferences. Software quality and automation are of great importance in this context.

Philipp has a soft spot for doing as much as possible in a single SQL statement and is interested in pretty much everything to use the database as efficiently as possible. He likes to design model-driven software solutions using domain-specific languages while getting the most out of the underlying technologies.

Ruben Rodriguez – CGI

Ruben Rodriguez is an Oracle ACE Director that has been developing web and mobile applications using Oracle technologies since he finished his degree in Computer Science.

He now works as VP Consulting Expert in the Oracle Center of Excellence at CGI, where he is focusing on developing solutions with Oracle PaaS and Oracle Application Development Tools and Frameworks for different customers of different sectors.

Apart from his work commitments, Ruben is a regular contributor to the Oracle community and a speaker in different events and conferences such as Oracle CloudWorld, Oracle Code One, Oracle PaaS Community Forum, OTN Tour EMEA and UKOUG Tech.

Sai Penumuru- Accenture

Sai Penumuru is a principal director at Accenture, helping Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) customers in the EMEA region.

A multicloud architect with over 22 years of experience driving technology innovations and assisting customers, Sai is also a co-founder and president of the All India Oracle Users Group and an Oracle ACE Director.

He won the Distinguished Cloud Architect of the Year Award in 2024 and was a finalist for the OCI Excellence Award for Cloud Architect of the Year in 2022, 2023, and 2025.

Samuel Campos – CGI

Samuel Campos is an Oracle Developer that has been working with Enterprise Content Management Solutions such as Alfresco, SharePoint WebCenter Content and WebCenter Sites since he graduated as a Computer Engineer in Mexico.

He nowadays works for CGI as a Director Consulting Expert with different technologies with a basis in Oracle Cloud.

Aside of his work as a Developer, he constantly works to improve the diffusion of new technologies within Oracle and tries to learn new paradigms of development and technologies in order to keep his work at vanguard.

Sean Scott – Viscosity North America

Sean Scott is an Oracle ACE Director, former CNCF Ambassador for the Data on Kubernetes Community, Oracle Certified Professional, a featured speaker at user group conferences and events worldwide, and the author of „Oracle on Docker: Running Oracle Databases in Linux Containers.”

He works at the intersection of database and systems reliability, database management, and DevOps.

Sean is Managing Principal Consultant with Viscosity North America, where he provides expertise in Oracle database high availability, scalability, upgrades and migrations, and database and infrastructure automation.
